a commenter that is malicious experience being sued by SM Entertainment

A Twitter individual shared his experience being sued for tweeting malicious tweets about an artist under SM Entertainment.  

May 2, the user that is anonymous off with "I'm writing to Na Jae Min's antis who're hiding behind the anonymity on Twitter. SM is actually great  at suing these kind  of reports. I am able to say this with full confidence from my experience. The business sued me over tweets from 2017 and 18 with no settlement. "

He continued, " and so  I hardly ever  really issued an apology, which often made fans unaware of SM taking legal actions against malicious commenters. I was taken by it 9 months to get a statement. They first call one to let you know. Twitter is very cooperative in these cases so that  you can not sue an anonymous Twitter individual is certainly false information. The reason i am sharing my experience is always  to alert off young users from making the exact same mistake that I did. I happened to be in senior school when SM sued me personally. I thought I became just stating my views based on solid facts when I wrote those tweets. I had to undergo a living hell. Now that we realize 95% regarding the tweets we had written were based on false information, i am deeply regretting my act and am now seeing a psychiatrist. The artist is known by me was hurt more and I comprehend your resentment towards me. But I just wanted  to share my experience to alert others."
